Bhusawal Thermal Power Station, Deepnagar is committed to generate electricity in environment friendly manner with continual improvement in the system. This we will achieve by:
- Complying with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Adopting Eco-friendly work practices to control environmental pollution to specified level.
- Committing to conserve natural resources by reusing and recycling of waste.
- Development of green belt in an around the plant premises.
- Encouraging the employees to create environmental awareness by imparting training at various levels.
Our environmental policy will be made available to the interested parties.

Environmental Objectives
(April 2008 to March 2009)- To reduce the consumption of Lib oil by 4%.
- To increase green belt in and around plant premises.
- To reduce water consumption.
- DM Water by 1%
- Raw Water by 5%
- To reduce stack emission.
- Stage – I within prescribed limits.
- Stage- II by 5 %.
